I was wanting to leave the course feeling very motivated about training and be shown new methods of delivery this I did not get and sat through what appeared to be a product review. I have a academic qualification and did not need to be reminded of how to reference. It may have been more worthwhile providing publications to enhance training sessions not the publications that most of us should be aware of. Manual and handling can be a very dry and I constantly look into new ways to deliver my subject.
There was not handouts information packs or anything to make notes on or evaluations.
Unfortunately the conference did not meet my expectations. The room was nice and chairs comfortable and refreshments good.
